Terms & Conditions — wdbet Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on wdbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wdbet strictly enforces a 21+ policy across all services. Proof of age may be requested at any time during account verification.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual and not on behalf of a corporation, syndicate, or group with the intent to defraud or manipulate.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any individual in those categories employed by wdbet or any of its affiliated entities, payment providers, or software partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or suspended from wdbet under any former account registration.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) account only on wdbet. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances upon detection.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wdbet will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

wdbet reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to returning any verified real-money balance owed to the user.

wdbet is committed to operating responsibly and in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) standards. As part of this commitment, all users are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before making withdrawals or accessing the full range of platform features.

Acceptable documents for identity verification include, but are not limited to:

• National ID (KTP) — Indonesian National Identity Card, showing full name, date of birth, and photo.
• Passport — Valid international passport, biographical data page and photo page required.
• Driver's License (SIM) — Indonesian driver's license displaying date of birth and photo.

Additional documentation including proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months) and source-of-funds documentation may be requested for large withdrawal amounts or when wdbet's risk assessment systems flag an account for enhanced due diligence.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. wdbet reserves the right to temporarily restrict account withdrawals during any open KYC review without liability.

Deposits. wdbet accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20/ERC20, Bitcoin BTC, Ethereum ETH). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank and e-wallet channels. Cryptocurrency minimums are defined in the platform's deposit interface and may change based on network conditions.

Deposits are credited to your balance within the timeframes specified in the platform's payment section. wdbet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank transfer windows, or blockchain network congestion.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the platform. For bank and e-wallet withdrawals, processing generally occurs within 5–60 minutes during business hours (WIB). Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. All withdrawals must be made to payment methods linked to the same verified identity as the registered wdbet account.

wdbet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or payment instruments not registered in the account holder's verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 for local bank and e-wallet channels.

wdbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, game contribution rates, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions that apply across all wdbet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a bonus across duplicate accounts will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the individual promotion's terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• wdbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements in full.
• If a withdrawal is requested while bonus funds remain in the account and wagering requirements have not been met, wdbet reserves the right to forfeit the remaining bonus balance prior to processing the withdrawal.
• wdbet reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player before awarding or honoring a bonus claim.

All bets and wagers placed on wdbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant product rules.

Sports Betting. Odds are offered by wdbet's trading team and may be suspended or removed at any time prior to settlement. wdbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds determined to be clearly erroneous due to a pricing error, data feed failure, or manifest mistake. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded; partial wins are settled according to our stated parlay void rules.

Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted at wdbet's discretion. Markets may be suspended at any time to protect the integrity of the event. Bets accepted during a broadcast delay are the sole responsibility of the player; wdbet does not compensate for advantages gained through delayed footage.

Casino & Slots. All slot and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third parties. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee short-term outcomes. Slot gacor (high-payout slot) periods are a colloquial concept; wdbet makes no representation that any specific game is in an elevated payout cycle at any given time.

Settlement Disputes. In the event of a settlement dispute, the decision of wdbet's trading and risk management team is final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event settlement. wdbet will investigate all legitimate disputes in good faith.

wdbet is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to all registered players to help maintain control over their gaming activity:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wdbet and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account under any identity, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform to launder funds or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in sports betting markets.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or other software to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate winnings; any winnings arising from a verifiable technical error may be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wdbet staff, agents, or other users through any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access wdbet's backend systems without authorization.

All content on the wdbet platform — including but not limited to the wdbet brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, odds data, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of wdbet or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in the platform's intellectual property beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any wdbet content without express prior written consent from wdbet. Unauthorized use of wdbet intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wdbet's total liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the platform, shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wdbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if wdbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wdbet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or telecommunications outages — may temporarily affect platform availability. wdbet accepts no liability for losses incurred during such periods.

wdbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

wdbet implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, firewalled databases, and access-controlled internal systems to protect your personal and financial data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

wdbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or a prominent on-site notice no fewer than 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where a change is required to comply with a legal obligation or to address an immediate security concern, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the wdbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any available balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wdbet holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits wdbet's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent harm to the platform or its users.
